Official Warranty: All products sold with “Official Warranty” are covered by the respective brand’s (Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, etc.) authorized service centers in Bangladesh. Customers must provide the original tax invoice to claim this.

Cellora BD Service Warranty: For “Unofficial” or “Global” variants, we provide a 1-year free service warranty (parts cost excluded).

Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee if the device has a manufacturing hardware defect (not applicable for change of mind or physical damage).

Void Conditions: Warranty is void if the device has been rooted, physically damaged, exposed to liquid, or repaired by a third party.
